What are the front desk hours?
The front desk is closed from 23.00 to 7.00 the following morning and is not available for check-in/reception.
If you are arriving after 23.00, please make sure to contact the hotel.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Please check in between 15:00 and 23:00.
Front desk will be closed from 23.00 to 7.00 and will not be available for check-in reception.
If your arrival is after 23:00, please be sure to contact the hotel for instructions on how to enter and stay after 23:00.
Check-out time is until 10:00. Guests who wish to extend their stay may do so up to 12:00 pm at a rate of 1,100 yen per hour (tax included).
How do I make a reservation?
We accept reservations by phone or e-mail, but the most economical way is to make a reservation through [reserve] on our website.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Please cancel your reservation by yourself through each reservation site.
You can also cancel your reservation by phone or e-mail.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, 100% of the room rate will be charged from 3 days prior to the check-in date. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the room rate.

Is there parking available?
There is no parking available on site, please use the nearby pay and display car parks.

Is the building non-smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking, please use the smoking area on the ground floor.
Is there a place to eat breakfast?
Breakfast is served at the cafe “KARAE TABLE” on the ground floor.
The breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00.
Even if you have not booked the breakfast plan, you can come directly to the cafe on the day of your stay and enjoy the breakfast.
KARAE TABLE” will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 (until 19:00 on Saturdays and Sundays / currently shortened hours) as a cafe and dining bar,serving meals and sweets.
Is there laundry service?
A washing machine (300 yen per time), detergent (free of charge), and dryer (100 yen per 30 minutes) are available on the left side of the front desk.
What amenities are available in the rooms?
The following amenities are provided in your room.
Guests staying in private rooms can borrow a loungewear for free. Please feel free to use them on the beds.
Please note that we do not lend out loungewear to guests in dormitory rooms.

About our services
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
We can store your luggage before and after check-in free of charge.
(Before check-in: from 7:00 a.m. on the day of check-in / After check-in: until 11:00 p.m. on the day of check-in)
You can send us your luggage by post 3 days prior to your stay.
Please make sure to write the name of the person who made the reservation and the check-in date on the baggage slip before you send it.
Please be sure to contact us when you send your luggage.
We may refuse to accept baggage from a name whose reservation cannot be confirmed, or baggage that has been paid for on delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept long-term storage of luggage.
What items are available for rent?
The following items are available for rent.
A deposit of 1,000 yen (tax included) is required to borrow items, so please inquire at the front desk (from 23.00 to 7.00).

Cleaning for Long-Term Guests
For guests staying for extended periods of time, we will clean the rooms up to twice a week in consideration of the environment. Towel change and garbage collection will be done every day.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for each additional cleaning.
Do minors need a parent’s written consent to stay at the hotel?
A guardian’s written consent is required for minors staying at the hotel.
Please submit a copy of the “Consent for Minors to Stay at the Hotel” when you check in.
